I'm really not one for bathroom mirror selfies, why would I want to inflict that on the world. However, I mentioned I fell out of my bunk on Saturday afternoon in my rush to get topsides and bashed my arm on the way down, so thought I'd post the result here so that I can laugh at myself when reminiscing and scrolling through past entries in a year or so's time . . .
I should add that, whilst it certainly hurt at the time, now that the bruising has come to the surface there's no real pain or stiffness remaining, and it certainly didn't interfere with my going back to karate Tuesday night or racing my Laser yesterday evening.
