Eighteen days out of Weymouth now. They rounded Cape Wrath around lunchtime today, and were rewarded with a 40 mile surf all the way downwind to their next shelter in Scrabster. Well on target for beating the record for circumnavigating the UK in an open boat.
Hat off to the guy that took this footage. A friend of one of the crew, got an Easyjet flight up north, hire car, then chartered a fishing boat to intercept them for the shot.
